Thanks for reaching out. I’m so sorry it’s printing that way.
Here are a few things to try:
Please make sure you are printing from a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device.
Also, please be sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader Other. It is free and is the only reader that will ensure that our products and freebies download and print correctly. Download and save the freebie. Then, open in Adobe and try printing.
