    I cannot download the file. I checked my Adobe Acrobat and it is the latest update. I also use Chrome as my browser. I get this message box.

    Failed to load PDF document.

    Then it has a Reload button in the bottom right corner. I click the Reload button and it still doesn’t do anything.

    Thank you for providing this FREE resource! I’m sure I’ll love it when I can access it.

      Happened to me too. Chrome is the issue i found out. You need to use a different browser. Chrome for some reason is blocking download links.

      you need to scroll further down and you will find the parts that are editable
