Hi Kathy!

I’m so sorry to hear that the download isn’t working for you. I just went in and double checked that everything is working properly and the good news is that it is! If your browser is blocking pop ups, it will prevent the download from opening. I would suggest you enable pop ups for our website and try it again.

Hi Sheila,
When you click the blue “Download Here” button, a pop-up should open. You can try checking to make sure your browser isn’t blocking pop-ups from the site or try using a different browser. If you happen to be attempting the download at school, your district’s web filter may be blocking the pop-up. Let me know if you’re not able to get the game!

I want to be sure it’s a problem on my end before I email my IT team. 🙂
