Hi Lisa,
When you click the blue “Download Here” button, a pop-up should open. You can try checking to make sure your browser isn’t blocking pop-ups from the site or try using a different browser. If you happen to be attempting the download at school, your district’s web filter may be blocking the pop-up. Let me know if you’re not able to get the sound boxes!

Yes, you’re exactly right! They are also called Elkonin boxes and are used for Reading Recovery. 🙂

That is not just something that works with your printables, but is across the board. For example, I use Firefox pretty exclusively and couldn’t get things to download well at all. I changed my browser to Chrome for this purpose specifically and had no trouble with accessing the freebies. Might work for some of your subscribers that are having difficulty. CB
