I’d love to help you! The email you’re receiving is our welcome email that you get when signing up for our email list. To access the downloads from our website, you’ll click the big blue “Download Here” button, enter your information, and then at that point a new window should pop up with your download. If the download isn’t opening for you, it’s most likely because your browser is blocking it. Please make sure that you’re allowing pop ups from us on your browser so that the download can open.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you’re having trouble downloading. We never want that. Please check out our troubleshooting video HERE for help. You’ll also want to make sure you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader Other and that you’re allowing pop ups from our site. I hope that helps!
