I am also having a problem downloading. I’ve downloaded other files from your site today, so it is NOT a pop-up blocker issue.
After hitting the blue download button, it comes to a “page can’t be found” error page.
Could you please double check the url it’s leading to?

Hi Melinda,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble printing the file. We never want that! I’ve checked the file, and everything looks in order on our end. The file is a PDF, so it will work best when being opened using Adobe Reader. Fingers crossed that does the trick!

Hi Nancy,
When you click the blue “Download Here” button, a pop-up should open. You can try checking to make sure your browser isn’t blocking pop-ups from the site or try using a different browser. Let me know if you’re not able to get the task cards!
