  1. First let me say how muchI love your blog post and printable materials! They are so cute and engage my children to “play”and learn!!
My one item I would draw to your attention to is in using a xylophone for the phonetic picture of the letter “Xx”…
Xylophone begins with the “z” sound…
In the puzzle printables, the children are suppose to “hear” the simialarities of the 2 pictures… There you have 2 different sounds instead of one.
Thank you for reading my comment :)) Cindy Harper

    1. Hi Cindy, I’m glad you loved the printable materials! Thanks for your feedback :). Unfortunately it’s a bit tricky finding simple words with an initial “x” sound! I’ve uploaded a revised file which includes an additional “Xx” puzzle with two pictures of an x-ray only. I hope that helps. Rosey 🙂

  2. Wow, I love these, I started creating a set of my own for my daughter to learn her letters, but loved that these had great pictures as well. That was until I came upon the puzzle piece for letter Ii. The capital I has an ice cream cone and the lower case i has a “Native American” to be politically correct. Not only am I a little confused, but also shocked that in 2015 I would find something like this. All the other letters were fine, but find it in poor taste that of all the I words you could have used, you chose a race. I have already printed these, but would love a new version with something less offensive.
    Thank you.

    1. Hi Sydney, I’m glad you love the printables – I always try to find the cutest clip art. I appreciate your feedback regarding the letter Ii. I’m from Australia and am grateful for your insight! I’ve since edited the puzzle, so there is now a picture of an igloo and an insect for Ii. I’ve uploaded the revised file, so you can print out the new puzzle now. Sorry to cause the offense, it wasn’t intentional. Thanks again. Kind regards, Rosey. 🙂

  5. Dear Rosemary,

I’m a retired teacher and I’m starting to volunteer in a local first grade tomorrow. I couldn’t find my alphabet charts. I looked at several free printable ones on the internet, but I was extremely impressed with yours. Thanks so much for sharing these resources! Debbie Seiling

  6. Hello,

I’m a new preschool teacher and would love to purchase your letter games. However, whenever I log in to pay pal it tells me it can not complete the purchase at that time. It has been consistent for two days and would love to use these downloads for next week or so. Is there any way I can purchase them directly by credit card and not through paypal? They look amazing and would love to use them. Thank you!

    1. Hi Alyssa,

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having difficulty making a purchase! Two ideas:

      1. You can get the pack over in our Teachers Pay Teachers shop here- https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Mega-Alphabet-Game-Pack-325354

      2. Or I can send you an invoice from Pay Pal and then email the pack to you directly. If you’d like to go with that option, just send me a quick email at playdoughtoplato@gmail.com

I apologize again for your difficulty!

      Appreciatively,

      Malia

      1. Thank you Malia,

I absolutely love the package of letter activities! Thank you for your help and amazing creativity.

        Alyssa
